Hello Friends!

Well, I've been sinking myself into researching Fruitarianism and still working on eating as much raw food as I can. This week I stocked up on fruits and started my mornings with only fruit. I ended up having a regular vegetarian lunch and dinner, but filling up the rest of the day with fruit.

I'm really interested to see how this goes for you. I hope it goes well! The Ninja looks pretty cool! I've been thinking about getting a Vitamix because my blender just doesn't cut it when I've tried to make green smoothies before. The Ninja looks much more affordable though - let me know how you like it!

Never mind those who give you negative commentary about not eating mea or whatever. Eat to where you feel full and know your feeling well. Don't eat more, just to fulfill how much someone else thinks you should eat. Your the master of your body. You will know if you have had too much or too little to eat.

The only thing I would caution you on is consuming things that are iced/chilled. Learned years ago at meeting of the Society of Bariatric Physicians that ice actually interferes with proper digestions and can lead to your body only processing things into sugars and subsequent ft. Room temperature or cool noticed drinks re best. If you want more information on this let me know. I backed off iced drinks and such years ago and it makes a difference.

Oh, BTW Honey Crisp Apples are wonderful, I m hooked on those puppies.

I haven't been able to go completely raw yet (I just don't have the funds to do things right) but I do as much as I can.....and it's made a HUGE difference. Now that I'm doing the fruitarian way...it's even better!
