I hadn't had any dreams about my mom since she died. I wanted to see her but the dreams just never came. I would pray before falling asleep..."Please God, let me see my mom. Bring her to my dream tonight".

I think you have left them behind. Your sister is not more important, she is more needy and less capable of taking care of her own life.
