This experimental cooking thing is becoming something that makes me laugh. I burned a red pepper and I nearly had grease everywhere. But, it’s all good. It’s something that’s fun to do at the end of the day. So, here’s the second recipe I came up with extemporaneously :

Congrats on the apartment. Some thing I wish I'd bought sooner are a key/wallet holder, a mail organizer, and wall-mounting shelves. Before I had these things, my place was a lot more cluttered and disorganized.

Thanks Dean! I didn't get the wall-mounting shelves, because I thought they might require nails. But it is definitely something I will look into it.
