You don't know what you're taking for granted until you lose it. I can attest to that; I fell from good health last Thursday when I tore my Achilles' tendon at the gym. It was truly a moment of sheer stupidity and carelessness ... a post-retirement injury which could have been prevented by common-sense measures, e.g. stretching. Why I did anything

(lol every time I see people doing stuff that's bad for their back, I cringe and want to tell them to take care of it (thier back) much like you want to remind everyone to stretch... )
