Heath Ledger tragedy

Have people heard that Head Ledger died, apparently of a drug overdose? Yahoo story. So tragic,  I'm just speechless. I loved his work from Roar to Brokeback Mountain. Only 28... my god, why is being an actor such a dangerous profession?? He leaves a little daughter behind. :(

I hadn't heard. My gosh. I don't know what to say. I feel bad for his little girl--and for her mother. Even though they'd split, it's got to be hard on her.

I know. I guess they think it might have been an accident, that he had often trouble sleeping. His parents gave a statement from Australia. They must be heartbroken. His girlfriend was in LA, flying to NY tonight. And yeah, so sad for his daughter too. I guess she'll know him a bit through his movies, but of course it's not the same. Puts things in perspective, doesn't it!
