So, I have a rule: don't write fanfiction. It's hard enough understanding my own characters half the time, let alone ones that are incredibly complicated or - in the case of the Tenth Doctor - a bit nuts (in a good way). But. well. I need some catharsis from this. and, if I had to think about it, the Doctor (or his past incarnation) wouldn't sit around while one of his best friends was stuck in limbo or boring afterlife. The Yoda comment is really what spawned it all (in my head) and things just kind of ran with it from there.

Plus, if there's going to be tears, they're going to be fucking happy tears, dammit ;___;

also. I'm pulling for some kind of Sarah Jane dedication on Saturday. and possibly something in the latter 6/7 more substantial (I think they're still filming).
