my friend rented the carmen electra striptease thing and we did it. it was pretty mediocre and i felt so gay doing it. my body didn't feel worked out AT ALL, but it got your heart rate up a bit. it's okay.

I have Carmen Electras "fit to strip"...and the "Arobic Striptease"!...they rock( just not when your family is home wondering why you want them to stay out of the living room for 30 min.), you can borrow 'em if youd like...pirate a copy etc.
