Title: Morning Music

Author's Notes: reconquista gave me a prompt "half-naked guitar playing". This is what happens.
When Sadik asked Antonio to move in with him, he knew that he'll be hearing him play guitar at some point. It was practically a given, considering he saw it well cared for in Antonio's old apartment, and he still takes care of it now, tuning it whenever possible. He asked Antonio once if he was going to play it, but Antonio sighed and said he didn't have the time to at the moment, before putting it down to start work on dinner. Sadik gave his boyfriend a sad smile and a kiss on the cheek. It doesn't make things better, but it cheered him up a bit, so it was all good.
He was fine with waiting.
But he didn't imagine it to be like this. He heard the strums of chords being played. Warm ups, and then the opening part of a song. It would have been nice, except Sadik had been sleeping. He slowly opened his eyes and squinted at the alarm clock on the bedside table and saw the numbers read 7:55. Way too early for this sort of shit. He turns over and is ready to yell at Antonio to do this in two hours when he saw what he was wearing.
Or what he wasn't wearing really.
Antonio was happily strumming his guitar, dressed in nothing but his underwear. Sadik could do nothing but stare, the last bit of his tiredness fading away.
Damn he's going to love living with Antonio.
He silently watched as Antonio continued to play the song, not even moving. Afraid that him doing anything would ruin this moment. It seemed too soon, but Antonio went into the closing notes of the song. The final chord rang and Antonio let out a happy sigh, placing the guitar back on its stand. He stretches slightly and Sadik smiles, finally getting an unobtrusive view of his boyfriend. He shifts slightly and the bed makes a sound.
Antonio looks towards it and lets out a sheepish laugh.
"Oh, sorry, did I wake you?"
"Yeah, but it's fine now." Sadik moves off the bed and stretches slightly before moving towards Antonio.
"You sure? I can play you a lullabye or something."
"Said it's fine Antonio, 'sides, thinking about making some music right now too."
"Oh really? I didn't know you played an instrument? What is it?"
Sadik just smirked and leaned down to give him a deep kiss, which Antonio quickly returned.
"Now, how 'bout we both go back to bed now."
"But I thought you said you weren't tired..."
"Didn't say anything 'bout sleeping."
"... Oh."
And beautiful music was indeed made.
