Give Blizzard a call. You'll get a better response by phoning them, I think. You're the 2nd person recently who's had their account hacked. :( Do you have an authenticator on your account? Just wondering how they managed to hack your account. :( :(
You play WoW?! So do I... but not consistently. If you get everything resolved, lemme know... would be fun to play with you sometime! :) I am still a n00b, though... Just got WoW a few months back.
You're not the only one; my brother had his account compromised recently as well and he hasn't even touched his account for over nine months... he figured out that someone is compromising the authentication servers. So he contacted Blizzard about it, only to be told "Our servers are unhackable, the compromise must be your fault, go clean out your computer" although he's told them specifically that he hasn't logged in for months.
Finally got everything resolved! The moron didn't even log into any of MY characters; he made a new one on Onyxia and sabotaged me from there. On the plus side, nothing was taken, no gold, no gear, nothing. Alli: I'm currently diving my time between Shadow Council, Emerald Dream, and recently, the boyfriend and I rolled on Maiev. We're leveling characters together, so I won't be on that server much(he's teaching me how to PVP!). All are Horde-side, except on Maiev. So if you wanna play with me, that's where you'll find me!
