So if you haven't heard, after that doctor's appointment last update..I found out I had mono. Yeah...lovely. So I didn't go to school Friday either. But Lee said I was still allowed to go on fall retreat cause she knew I really wanted to go. I loved my family, Tricia was our counselor. Davey, Sean, Mel, Kendall. It was just a fun group. Mono is a funny word. It reminds me of mano, which is spanish for hand. It also reminds me of the latin prefix mon-, which means, one or alone.

These two words together, in the proper context, make me laugh.

Yeah, retreat was a lot of fun. My first one, and I really liked it.

My sister got me that SoCo shirt... I love it. People come up to me and are like "Does that 'c' stand for cancun?" Only awesome people know the truth. (or read the sleeve).

haha so true, so true. People are like how is that a Something Corporate shirt? And I just show them the sleeve. I'm like "okay...duh."

eee it was my first retreat too! Well, my first fall retreat. I went to spring retreat freshman year, but haven't been able to go to one since then. So yeah, good times.
