Amazing ..
[It's more to himself than anyone else that he's speaking. He approaches the bonfire, lost in his thoughts and the world of trees he is reading about. It's not until he's far closer to Odette and the warmth of the flames, that he realizes he is no longer alone and blinks, attention lifting from the pages.]
