[Because lol, she's already commandeered a Phoenix face and stashed it in her room. And now she has one tucked under her arm with her father's face. But stops short when she comes across a Derek pumpkin. She stares at it for a moment, before she decides she'll take that one too

[Well Odette, you are definitely not the only person who decided to stash pumpkins away. Jael is carrying a pumpkin with the face of a teenage boy on it, both arms wrapped protectively around it.]

[Odette catches the movement out of the corner of her eye and nearly drops her pumpkin in an attempt to see who it is. Her pumpkins are safe, but her record slides from her head and hits the ground.]

Whoops.

[Jael turns to look when she hears the record hit the ground, and shifts the pumpkin under one arm as she walks over so she can pick it up.

She holds it up with a curious expression. Where do you want it?]

[She lowers her head as much as she can, without dropping her pumpkins.]

Up here would be just fine.

[Jael nods and places it carefully on top of Odette's head. She pulls her ubiquitous sheaf of papers from her waistband and shifts her pumpkin to use as an impromptu writing surface. Please excuse the slightly shaky writing, Odette.]

I'm impressed, I doubt I could balance anything for long.
