I'm assuming this is who I think it is (otherwise you wouldn't have known all *3* ways to track me down on LJ. Wow I need help).
Being up since 6am does strange things to me. And I have alot of things I need to tell you I guess.
And I have a horse show Sunday which means tomorrow is sort of shot (laundry, schooling Regal, then sleeping at Marina's)- I'm an idiot :-( I don't suppose you're free Monday? Or Wednesday? Or something?
Oh yes. Book ideas for you. After you read Prozac Nation, read her other book, More Now Again. Also if you haven't yet you should read Durable Goods, Joy School, and True to Form by Elizabeth Berg. And In the Presence of Horses because that's one of my favorite books ever. I can loan you my copy of any of those.
:) Yes, it's me. I'd love to have FOUR ways of tracking you down on livejournal. I miss Perfectlystill. Such a beautiful name. Should I add that or is it finished?
Yes, you do have a lot of things to tell me. I have a lot of things to tell you, too.
I am free anyday until the 25th. And even after then I am free it'll just be a bit harder because my mom will be off from work and will likely have plans for me. Good luck tomorrow! Hope the weather improves. How has your job been going? What's it like at a daily paper?
Thanks so much for your book ideas. I checked out Joy School and The Pull of the Moon by Elizabeth Berg and so far I loveThe Pull of the Moon. Have you read it? I'm only on page 20 and i'm in love.
Hi :). Well, you added my writing journal (alongloveletter) to your friends list a bit ago, so i went to visit your journal. You write very well and you seem like someone who I would like to get to know better. Is it okay that I've added you? If not I'll take you off, no questions asked.
I love Jane Eyre, Emma's quite good, but Wuthering Heights - wonderful! I would recommend.. hmm.. the first two books of Gormenghast - the language is just intoxicating... xx
So far I'm quite enjoying Jane Eyre. It seemed a little slow at first, but now I just adore it. Thank you so much for your suggestions :). I'll be sure to add those two books to my list.
