Asylum 3 DVD

Hi everyone!

I'd like to know if anyone is in the same situation:

I ordered the Asylum 3 DVD in December 2009 and was assured it was shipped on April 16th this year (already some delay in matching my payment with my order even if I included the order number in the bank transfer info...). But now, two months later and still nothing received.

I haven't received mine either and two of my friends are also still waiting. I e-mailed Wayne three months ago, he replied that there was some mix up and that they sent my DVD at a later stage, but I still haven't received it. :(

Honestly I think it's easy and pretty convenient to blame the non arrival of so many DVDs on the Royal Mail. Hard for me to believe that so many copies could disappear and never arrive. But that's just me *shrugs*

Also everyone was promised a couple of panels on DVD as an extra for having booked tickets early and yeah funny how one has never heard about that or ever received these so called promised panels...

You can believe what you like about it, but I believe them when they told me that they were all posted out. You should know by now I'm not their biggest fan as far as organisation goes, but I do believe them on this.

As for the free dvd, they are still planning on doing them but the company that produced the other dvds wanted to charge them many thousands of pounds to do it, so they decided to see if they could do them another way. Obviously since they were going to be free and they have to pay for the postage on top, they have to find the cheapest way to produce 1400 dvds, otherwise that money would be coming from the budgets from future events, which I'm sure no-one would want.

You are within your rights to believe them, but sadly Rogue have lost my faith and belief in them a long time ago. And it would appear I'm not the only one to feel that way.

I can understand the cost thing, but once again they never actually say anything about it. And once again since my belief in them is gone, I don't believe we'll ever see this DVD. if I'm wrong, great, but yeah once faith and trust is lost, it's sometimes impossible to get back and frankly Rogue no longer have it and I take anything they say with a pinch of salt and a lot of disbelief.

I have the same problem... I wrote a letter to Wayne since 2 weeks ago, and have the same automatic answer... And never got a real answer. Don't know what to do with it, but I would like to see the DVD, after I paid it in November...

maybe it should be refered to the Trades &Standards under 'Goods and Services', Any other buisness wouldn't be allowed to get away with taking money and not producing the goods. I don't think 'just bad at answering emails' and ' lost in the post' is good enough either.

Also , I think they keep saying they are sending stuff out to us but then it doesn't arrive , and then get told months ' oh it hasn't been sent yet' for whatever reason.

last I heard they were working on the cover artwork I think, I think they should be ready soon.
