While tracking the Brotherhood, the X-jet (carrying Wolverine, Cyclops, Storm, Shadow Cat, Night crawler, and Ice Man) gets lost in a thick fog. Unable to go any farther, they make an emergency landing in a forest clearing. Being as impatient as he is, Logan goes off to explore the unknown territory. After a while he winds up in an abandoned town labeled Silent Hill by the road sign. Abandoned; or so he thinks. He turns around, hearing metal scrape against concrete. Turning around, Wolverine comes face-to-face with a creature that almost looks human, save the blood-stained, pyramid-shaped cage around his head, the ghastly scars covering his body, and the monstrous sword it carried behind itself. Monster had encountered mutant. And Pyramid Head would not rest until he got what he wanted.
