I am the other way around. I try to keep track as much as I could with the series I'm reading. And thank God for Goodreads, tracking upcoming releases has become way easier ^_^

After reading Sherry Thomas's Beguiling the Beauty (historical romance), I feel like I need the next two in the trilogy RIGHT NOW! :D They'll be released in July and October. Kelley Armstrong has a book in July, but since it's the last in the Women of the Otherworld series, I'm not sure if I'm really looking forward to it, since it means the end of a series! And Meg Cabot has a new Heather Wells book coming out next month. She hasn't written a book in that series for several years, so I'm excited!

Oh, and then the last in the newest of Nora Robert's trilogies. I like how that couple's been set up. That's sometime in the fall.

And I just looked at my GoodReads and remembered the new JK Rowling! Though I guess I'm not that excited about it until we find out more.

What about you?

:)

I really need to get back to Jeannine Frost! I read the first two last year (maybe you remember) and then I think I just ran out of time, since they were library books. And I'm hoping to get to Ilona Andrews sometime soon-ish.

I don't have all the new releases from June till December in my head but this month I am badly waiting for the 4th book in a German young adult adventure series by one of my favorite German authors, Thomas Thiemeyer. I pre-ordered it and it should already be out but yeah...still waiting the publisher seems to hold back again...

I only have 3 books I'm anticipating in the later half of 2012: Ben Aaronovitch's Whispers Underground (July), J.K. Rowling's The Casual Vacancy (September) and Rick Riordan's Mark Of Athena (October).

And hello, I've finally returned to LJ.

I don't really follow releases that closely anymore. Like I'm aware some of my favorite authors have releases coming up this year and I'm excited to read them, but I'm not exactly counting down the days.
