After a decade being here, I'm sad to say that this journal is finally on PERMANENT HIATUS. It is sad because it has been a marvelous experience being here. Plus I made really good friends. Unfortunately, I don't see myself ever writing here about things (life, fandoms, travel, etc) the way I did. So why bother. I don't plan to renew my paid

It is sad to read this Ami, because like you said, the good old times were marvelous and all, but I totally get it. In fact what you've written here are exactly the words I am thinking about for a whole while now. I also won't renew my account, I am more active on GR or Facebook. I guess it is true, we all grow up and move on. Oh well...

I understand. Everything changes. We cannot do the same things forever. I am still using my LJ to keep my lists of events, movies, music and books updated but other than that I have not been using LJ much.

I do wonder if we will ever have something like LJ in the future. Or that it is goodbye forever.
