008. Concerts. Noises

Sep 11, 2015 14:44

So today in Jakarta, Bon Jovi will have a concert. Some of my friends are going -- mainly they're the ones MY age haha. Me? Nope. I never really like going to concerts and such. I mean the idea of being with those MANY people in one place. Or waiting in a queue. The introvert me will rebel. Just too much noise!

I get that. Had the same feeling when I was at this big festival with food and music two weeks ago in Frankfurt. During the day I was fine, going to the different food stalls and walking. At night dancing in the crowd I felt like a fish out of the water. So uncomfortable! I really didn't think it was fun at all. But I must admit, I went to see the concert of Taylor Swift in Amsterdam two months ago and it was amazing. It is different though, when you have your own seat. I would feel lost if it were standing places and no seats

Still, people will singing along, there will be A LOT of noise even if I have my own seat. It's just not my scene *lol*

I can so understand that. I do like going to concerts, but basically only if I'm in the front so I don't have to notice how many people there are around me. So I totally get it. I do have to say that when you're in a place with seats, it already becomes a bit more bearable.

Like I said to Shanti there, even if I have my own seats, I am sure that people will sing a long. Then the noise level will be high. There will be screaming. And I just, can't. I like watching at the cinema though, because although there are people, they will be quiet! *lol*
