012. Losing Weight

I have been doing my exercise for the past 2+ months as well as trying to manage my daily calorie intake... and well, I have lost 9lbs now. Thanks, Sandy. You are right, it is the moderation that matters. Plus now I have an app that can help me stay on that moderation course rather than eat too much every day. It sure helps and I don't have to stop eating what I like to eat completely or starve myself daily.

Congrats! Sounds like you're going about the right way :) I always feel like if you restrict yourself too much with food you only end up craving everything anyway...

Exactly ... I tried eating less, didn't work *LOL*. So now I just have to make sure I exercise every day, or at least 5-6 times a week so I can 'make-up' to those food I eat.
