Oh my gosh. This morning I got 2 out of my 4 wisdom teeth removed and I honestly can't remember the last time I was in that much pain. The procedure itself wasn't that bad, I was given shots to numb the gums and the scariest part was hearing him yank the tooth out since it's right by my ear.  It was also helpful that I was put out on laughing gas ( ( Read more... )

Dude I'm surprised you were awake! For my wisdom tooth removal, all I remember is that I was sitting in a chair, the nurse came in and tried to find my veins and couldn't, so she put a mask over my face had me count backwards. Next thing I know, I wake up from a sleep that I didn't even know I went into, someone walks in and tells me it's all done. I didn't believe her, until I sat up, looked in the mirror and saw that my mouth was covered in tissues and swollen! But it was sooo skurry, cuz you know how when you go to sleep, you feel the passage of time, even for 15 minutes, you feel like time has passed, because some part of your consciousness is still aware of time and space. But when they put me under, I had absolutely NO feeling that time had passed. I blinked and it was done! WEIRD. HUH.

YOU'RE SO LUCKY! i heard that you didn't even have four wisdom teeth, like i do :( i still have two more to go. yeah i was completely conscious and looked up and saw and heard everything, but i felt like i was floating. dude it was killer and i am terrified of going back. i really think i'm just going to wait until next summer. i am SO HUNGRY! i wanted to be completely sedated like you but then i heard it cost a lot more so i was okay with settling for laughing gas haha

I had 4! and they were sideways! HAHA! Why are you getting yours removed? Did they hurt? Mine were sideways so they were pushing my teeth out.

JIGGA SAY WHAAT! man family gossip is never accurate lol they told me you only had one. two of my bottom teeth were at 90 degree angles and were impacted too :( I have to get them all removed or else it might cause a cavity in the tooth that's being pushed against. WAHHHH i'm still suffering :( but thank God for meds because it's not as painful
