Will versus A Door-knob.

So today, I was replacing the locks on some doors in my house, two to be specific. I got the one on the front door done easily (after fooling around with my drill and the bits that go in the door). But then the side door... The front door took me about 10-20 minutes, including me figureing how to put it on, but the side door took me about an hour
