1. Do you have a real or fake Christmas tree?
None at all. At home we do have a real one. It's usually some huge disfigured thing, that my father customizes until it looks faintly acceptable. It's rather amusing, really.
2. Do you put up Christmas lights on the exterior of your home?
Err, no. Anyway, I'm seeing enough sparkly city decorations where I'm living at to last me for a life time, hehe.
3. What's your favourite Christmas song/carol?
Does "Fairy-tale of New York" count? I have some unpleasant memories concerning "classic" Christmas songs and my awful singing voice. *cringes*
4. What do you like better: turkey or ham?
If I have to choose one of these, than it's turkey.
5. Do you open up any Christmas presents on Christmas Eve?
Yes, actually all of them.

No. *points to awful singing voice*
7. What was your most memorable Christmas gift(s) that you received?
That may sound ungrateful right now, but I can't think of anything really sticking out right now... but well, perhaps the barbie horse with carriage/sleigh I got as a little girl? I was really enthusiastic about that.
8. What's your favorite Christmas movie?
"Miracle on 38th street." Unfortunately I only know the remake with Sir Richard Attenborough. People tell me the original is actually better. Oh, and that National Lampoon christmas movie, because all the craziness reminds me of christmas at home. ;-)

Yes. Quite often actually.
10. Have you ever peeked into a present and found out what it was before Christmas?
Yes, I fear.
11. What is on the top of your Christmas tree?
Nothing in fact. Of course the tree is decorated, but we've never had anything on its top. (Though as a child I always fancied those spiky things)
12. Do you own a Santa hat?
Yes, I actually do. Caranthir wears it at the moment. (And, damn, does he look cute with it!)

Err, never I think. I cannot remember one. But then it's somehow not a big deal over here.

Yes. Don't ask. *is stressed*

No. But sometimes I hide small presents among the branches.
16. Who is the hardest person to buy for?
My father. Yes, daddy, I know you like that Ducati sportsbike, but it's a bit beyond my meagre student's budget, don't you think?
17. Who is the easiest person to buy for?
Lil' Sis. I know pretty much what she likes. Most time it's shiny things.
18. How old were you when you realized Santa was imaginary?
I was a perceptive little girl who saw through matter pretty quickly... so much for that. ;-)
19. What does your morning of Christmas routine consist of?
Sleeping late. Listening to mom bitching about me being lazy. Listening to mom bitching about relatives. Conspiring with dad against rest of the family.
20. Egg nog?
Until doing some net research I didn't even know what egg nog is. We don't have it. But after unpacking our presents the female part of our family gathers to chat and eat biscuits, and the male part gathers to consume potent alcoholic beverages. I join the male part. Whee! (And the husband of my grandma's sister usually encourages me to do so...)
21. What do you want for Christmas this year?
Actually I have no concrete wishes this year, honestly. And even if I had... mom would be quicker anyway and not listen to me at all... she loves to surprise me really badly, I think.
