I recently visited two more of the 50 Best BBQ Joints in Texas from the Texas Monthly list.

The sauce was very good. It was smoky, not too sweet or too sour, and not too tomatoey. I didn't try the sausage but my friend Bryan did, and he liked it a lot. They offer both regular and jalapeno sausage.
