That was a good episode. I'm a junkie, in fact my wife gave me version 2.0 of his cook book for my birthday Saturday. Keep an eye out for the Thanksgiving special, it shows how to brine a turkey and it's really cool. Not to imagine it's an amazingly good bird.

Sounds good to me! I'm going to make a drinking game out of that show one of these days...especially the kosher salt bit.

Oh, there's already a drinking game. "Golden, brown and delicious" is a trigger phrase, I believe "Oh, sorry, you can't smell that" is another.
