1)Smoking cigarettes
2)Drinking coffee
3)Drinking alcohol
4)Smoking pot
Today I started:
1)Yoga
2)Taking a multivitamin
3)My ultimate "Clean 'er up" weight loss plan
There will be a new and improved Sarah shortly...
...although I am sorry for the irritability that comes along with no nicotine and caffeine.

Lydia and I went last week on monday morning. it was a perfect way to start the week. And we're going to try to go every monday..
You should join us! Especially if you can't get into a groove of doing it by yourself or something!! It's this wicked cool place in goodrich. And it's only 5 dollars a session if you go with lydia (haha, since she's been going there foreevvverrr)
