Then when I'm filing the police report online.. my internet goes down for about thirty minutes.

Did I ever tell you about the one day a couple of months ago that started with me getting squirted by windshield wipers of the neighbor lady? Yeah, that's how it started. It got so much better that I had the tech support guy on the help desk line rolling (and feeling better about his job). Yes, that does mean that I required tech support. Not related to getting squirted by the neighbor lady's windshield wiper fluid.
