To those who knew Bill, we can all say he was that ray of sunshine that brightened up your saddest and darkest days. Always willing to lend a hand and help his fellow man, Bill was the true embodiment of what is it is to be a good friend and a good person.... Tragically, he passed yestarday... We won't hear his delightful jokes, infecious laughter
