Thor's and Medea's Lappy Suicide Pact: Apparently, unbeknownst to Thor and me our Lappys had a secret Romeo and Juliet thing going on. could i possibly suggest that Sean get a lawyer at this point? or maybe find someone who can advise him as to his rights in all this?? I understand that medicine isn't always exact, but come on! It seems from here that all you guys keep getting is shuffled and promises that aren't coming to pass :( keeping you both in my thoughts xoox

It's something we're thinking about. Honestly the only thing that has been "wrong" so far is Pollock saying it was Trigeminal Neuralgia. All of his tests for everything else has come back clean (and he's had so many I'm surprised he's not radioactive) so unless all of those doctors missed something big in all the tests they have ordered then we don't have much of a case.

Thank you babes!!!

Oh, that just bites all the way around. Yay Mercury retrograde... /sarcasm.

His restrictions are:
-No lifting over 30 lbs
-No standing longer than 10 minutes at a time
-Limited Cognitive-intensive duties
-Availability for Breaks when needed
-Must be available for Doctor's appointments

That info was already sent to FT. Now they're just waiting for me to give them the letter which tells them that he is restricted to 4 hours a day which I drop off on my way home from work.

Well, some is better than nothing, right? Are they doing it on a "see what he can handle" basis?

Well, when I dropped off the time restriction to HR T said that they had been "Preparing" everyone for the time limit to be 4 hours/day. Apparently we're going to find out tomorrow.
