So, this weekend is the GSG Beltaine mini-festival and like I've been doing since 2007, I am hosting the meal plan. What makes this GSG a little differant is that I am a little more prepared than I was at Samhain because I was able to create a menu that's not too difficult to pull off and everyone seems to love it. I also have 2 extremely reliable

Yes. Those of us who are constantly running crazed get panicky and paranoid waiting for something to go wrong if we're prepared too early... :)

I must concur because I've been there before and done exactly that. I think it was packing to go spend xmas at the grandmothers, everything is organized and under control yet I was convinced something had to have been forgotten. I went through my check list twice swearing, "what else is there, there has to be something"

some of us strange folks thrive on STRESS....its part of our lives in every single way, and thats how we live....so..when you take OUT the stress, our brains are like "OH SHIT!!!! there's NOTHING to stress over....." AND there's yer panic attack:) I know, cause I had one a few weeks ago in a similar situation:)

It could be that the work you are doing for GSG is increasing your realization that FPG is coming up, and you do tend to be pretty overworked at that festival.

Most of my overwork at FPG occurs prior to FPG, thankfully.

However, with the new structure I've had a lot less non-registration work this FPG because it's spread out to more people. I'm really looking forward to this FPG.
