Well... As the series was never really clear on mind-reading (just another plothole) for demons, I guess I'll go with yes. But heads-up on that, please.
2. Is it okay for any of your character's intense/distressing memories to be seen/heard/read in this situation?:
Give me a heads up about it, and I'll write whatever hints/memories into the tag.
3. What kind of mind does your character have? Are they disturbed at all? Are their thoughts ordered or jumbled?
Cole... He's his own kind of twisted, and his hybrid nature only compounds the nasty demon qualities of his brain. So I'm guessing some things will be normal, while others will be somewhat snarled and jagged.
4.Is it okay for your character's emotions to be sensed?
Yep.
5. Does your character have a weak or strong mind? Are they susceptible to influence or hypnotism?
Strong mind, but still susceptible to mind-altering magic.
6. Does your character have supernatural/mental fortification against mind-reading?
I'm sure once he meets a psychic or two, he'll learn to shield and fast. But at the moment that's a no.
7. In the case of characters who are extra-sentient/psychic and can just 'know' things about people, can the muns of these characters use the powers of Wikipedia to get information about your character?
Of course. ♥
8. If so, is there anything that should absolutely never ever be brought up?
Nope.
9. Anything that should absolutely be brought up?
Again, nope. Unless you're his warden then you get carte blanche.
10. Will thoughts in the narration be up for grabs? If so, how will you indicate these? Italics/strikes/something else?
I'll make it obvious in the tag's narration if we ever get down to it.
11. Does your character have any fears/phobias that you wouldn't mind being exploited? Ones that you'd like to NOT be exploited?

PHYSIOLOGY
1. Is it okay for your character to be affected by chemical agents? Fear toxins, for example?:
As he's back to being mortal (for the time being), that's a yes.
2. Does your character have any unique biological difference that would affect their resistance to toxins/chemical substances?:
Cole still has a fraction of his healing factor, so any substances would take a little longer to kick in and would wear off just a little faster.
3. Does your character have any notable genetic/supernatural/biological difference that would make their blood in any way different to a regular baseline human's (that would make them taste different if they were fed on by a vampire, for example)?
Well, he's half-demon, so. That would probably add something to the bouquet, hm?
PHYSICAL
1. How okay are you with your character coming to physical harm?
Bring. It. On.
2. How okay are you with your character's home/possessions being targeted by bad guys?
He doesn't have that much, but sure.
3. Can your character be impacted by telekinesis?
Absolutely.
4. With regard to vampires, would your character be willing to be a donor?
No. Cole has massive disdain for vampires.
5. If no, then how about unwilling?
...What vampire would want to drink from a demon? But if any are interested, I guess I'm up for discussion.
6. With regard to shapeshifters, are you okay with having those with this power taking the shape of your character?
Go for it.
7. If your character has any superhuman abilities, would you be okay with these being replicated by those who have the power to absorb/take on the powers of others?
Considering his powers are basically zilch at the time being? There's not much to copy.
8. In a physical confrontation, is it okay if characters who have the power to sense/foresee/predict movements use this to their advantage against your character?
Yup!
MAGIC
1. Can your character be influenced and tempted by demons and suchlike?
It depends - if it's a stronger demon than he is, or with a particular kind of mind-magic, then yes. If not, then go bugger off.
2. If yes, which sins are most prominent in your character?
Rage, duh. Oh, and lust for Phoebe. Tee hee.
3. Could your character be glamoured (a form of mind control employed by vampires to make humans compliant/alter their memories etc.)?
Yes, but it'd be a very tenuous thing and easily broken due to his demon half.
4. Can your character be possessed, again by demons?:
Finally something with canon backup! Yes he can, but you have to take him by surprise or catch him in a moment of weakness.
5. Can your character's presence be sensed, by characters with the power to read auras/pick up generalized vibes from people?
Yep.
6. If yes, what about your character can be sensed? (Which sins, any supernatural aspect about them, how strong a character is mentally/physically/emotionally, any traits that would really stand out):
Demon, evil stuff, duality, emotional turmoil, all that good stuff. Have any specific stuff you want to make sure of, just ask!
7. With regard to characters that can sense danger/receive visions/predict general doom, are you okay with your character being the subject of any of this, if the occasion arises?
Sure thing.

1. With regard to characters that like to snoop, can they find anything that's been publicly said by your character through the network?:
If they want to take the time, sure.
2. How about privately?:
...Yeah, if you think Cole has developed mad hacker encryption skills, you are sorely mistaken. Unless it's filtered by someone with more 1337-ness than him, Cole's private stuff is fair game.
3. Is there anything you'd especially like to be known about your character, for the purposes of amusement?
Not really.
4. Anything you especially don't?:
Anything regarding his father's soul - Cole is super hella WHOA secretive about that.

If your character had cable from 2000 and watched Charmed (either on the WB channel or various reruns shown on TNT or other syndicated channels) then yeah, you'd know Cole.
2. Can my character tell yours that he/she is a fictional character?
I'd like a little heads-up about it, but sure. Just as long as it's not in the vein of "OMIGOD YOU'RE A FICTIONAL CHARACTER ON TV!!!one". I'm all for fourth walling fun, but come on.
3. Can my character spoil yours for future canon history?
Hell no. Considering the ever-worsening shitstorm the writers concocted for Cole after the third season? >B|
4. What about non-canon recognition (ie: "Oh my god, you're -ACTOR/CHARACTER NAME HERE- from -OTHER SERIES/MOVIE/WTFEVER HERE-")?
Um, unless your character would legit know about Nip/Tuck or the Fantastic Four remake? No. Julian McMahon hasn't been in all that much.
