• I quit smoking.
  
• Meds have lost mostly all effectiveness.
  
• Tristy turned 4 in August. He asked me a few weeks ago if I would be his mommy.
  
• He lives with me full time, and John 'visits' maybe once a week. If he's feeling especially ambitious he'll take him overnight.

I fiiinally came off most of my meds...was down to just lithium, from having zoloft and a few others.

however, apppppppaaaaarrently, zoloft and lithium work better as a TEAM. haha, without zoloft my lithium is hardly effective.

It's apparent, how horribly sick I am without proper stabilization.
