I'd love to give you a big hug and tell you it'll all be okay, but that's Jim's job, and I rather suspect he's good at it.

I thought I'd let you know that If you wanted to meet (in the virtual sense) one of Jim's insane aussie friends, that I'm happy to do that. In case there's anything you want to talk about, but can't find anyone crass enough locally. :p
