I just almost choked on an Echinacea pill. And to think those things are supposed to help keep me from getting sick and instead they're trying to kill me! It totally lodged itself in my throat and caused all the water I was trying to wash it down with and the pill itself to launch back up my throat. Thankfully, I knew what was happening and instead

Having lived alone a lot, I always thought it would suck to choke on something and die with no one around to save me. I also wondered how many hours or days before someone figured out I was lying on my kitchen floor. Morbid thoughts but yeah...chew your food!
