i don't even know what language that is.

Hello. I came across your livejournal randomly when searching through interests, and when I saw your latest entry I just had to respond.

Yeah, thats maori, I'm 99.9% certain of it.

As the above says, Waka is vehicle, traditionally boat.

If the "to" you say here is really "tö" then I think its a possesive: Waka tö = Your boat

ra implies an imperative to my mind, just by looking at other instances of it (see pokarekare ana,for example ( ... )
