well, i have a lot of work to do. and, today, i get an expired city sticker ticket and a street cleaning ticket while i was baby-sitting. so i call my g ma to at least chip in for a sticker, or the ticket, or whatever, and what does she say???? damn jamie. dont get so upset over a ticket. no offense, but your grandma's kinda right. i mean, while i know you don't depend on her for everything, you can't expect her to do everything for you. "LIKE I HAVE $200 FOR FUCKING CITY SHIT????????" well, maybe she doesn't either. if your driving the car, you should be ready to pay for all the shit that comes with it WHILE you are in possesion. Why should you're grandma have to help? she didnt get it. i assume you dont pay for car insurance, do you? i also assume you didn't buy the car. consider yourself lucky to even HAVE a car. and it's not her lesson to learn, it's yours. i'm sure she's gotton enough tickets to know what not to do. so you forgot to buy the sticker, you got a ticket. accept that it sucks, pay it, buy a sticker, stat, and try not to do it again. but jamie! you have to stop going off on people 'cause they won't (or can't) help you! and DO NOT contest the ticket. i know you like doing that, but this could get you in trouble. city stickers are registered to cars through ( ... )

i've been paying for a lot of stuff myself. and the car is registered under her name. she did get a letter to renew it, she just didnt pass it onto me.

had she told me before-hand that she wasnt going to pay for it, yes, i would have gotten it myself.

and fuck paying the tickets. Why? so i can support mayor daley's scandals?? no thank you. they will need to get paid anyway, and she agreed to pay for the ticket and sticker, and i pay for the street cleaning.

btw, i pay for repairs and my own gas. she was going to junk it because she got a new car. i'm not going to pass that up

sorry for adding, but i might also mention that they post signs for street cleaning everywhere. i've gotton tickets for that too, and they're annoying as fuck, but the streets need to be cleaned. that was purerly my fault, and yours as well. relax and remember, money will come and go. get used to it.
