so I've been in China for about a week, but to be honest, I know nearly nothing of China. Man, I did it again, took on something that I really had not business getting myself into. You know what I did that first sunday? studied for 10 hours straight. Ahhhh now you probably know what I mean. Princeton in beijing in a mental concentration camp

i'm not that great with foreign films, yet anyways. but i've been trying to get into them. however, i have heard of asoka - it's supposed to be this epic war movie about a hindi soldier or something like that. fanfan i've never heard of though. there are a few more that i might know. so if you have anymore questions about em, don't hesitate to ask.

i'm sorry that your rooms suck like that and that you're not having that great of a time. but cheer up, things will definitely get better. you're a good person with a good personality and a good attitude, so good things will start to happen - you'll see. keep on buying those movies and and i hope to hear (or read) from you again soon.

Among the 20 or so dvds I bought so far, I picked up bubbahotep, the one with bruce campbell. And a few supposedly really good chinese movies. You have any on your wish list? They sell nearly everything for 3 bucks or under (I get the ultra cheapo illegal ones though that only cost one dollar). Email me if you get a chance, at Jaxx@dartmouth.edu
my explorer browser gets tempramental here and it sometimes changes everything the chinese so that I can't read it. Email has still been good to me though
