I had previously posted that I wanted to do weekly posts about small acts of kindness that I would perpetrate on the world at large. Its harder to do than it sounds. But . . . today I did something that I didn't think was a big deal at all, but I got a big reaction

Those little things are as important as compliments sometimes. I try to do them around here at work whenever I can, and people are often surprised by them.
