Well, I spent my Saturday in the Emergency Room for 4.5 hours... in my swimsuit.

It's been almost two weeks since the incident. I'm feeling much better now, thank you.

I have a pretty good range of motion with my arm now. I can make left turn on the steering wheel like normal, but making a right turn still hurts. But not much more like a uncomfortable ache. So hopefully in another week I should be at least 90% better.

Are you doing any physical therapy for it?

The doctor didn't say anything about physical therapy. I guess since it wasn't popped out due to any trauma. But I did ask if I can to some light weights after several weeks and she suggested some bench presses for chest and shoulder presses for back when I felt ready.
