Late nano Update #2
Been a bit behind schedule this week and I'm strongly suspecting this is the week that kills this year for me. My current word count is 17,941 at what is supposed to be the halfway mark. Sorry I haven't posted in a while. Just been spending most of my free time attempting NanoWriMo. I've been keeping up and have a half a day lead but I don't want to rely on that because if I do I'll find myself falling behind. Sorry I haven't been posting much, just hadn't had much to say.
Over the weekend I spent some time with my dad, stepmom, brother and future sister-in-law. Dad and Kathy (i.e. stepmom) found out that their mortgage is in trouble and they can't get the bank to do a short-sale so they've pretty much asked us to get as much of "our stuff" out of their ( Read more... ) -

I'm trying to figure out what I'm going to be for Halloween this year. I have been a variant of grecco-roman godesses and medieval/wench woman for a couple of years now but this year's a toughie. Looking through old comics is fun!
I am so excited right now. I decided a few weeks back that it was time to begin collecting the back-issues of Superman (mostly prior to the Byrne reboot, but if I like the scenes with Lois in them I also have been collecting a few Modern age.) I need to organize a NanoWrimo for dancers/choreographers. I have way too many songs on my "to choreograph" list but no way to choreograph most of them (most of them require more than one dancer.) What do you think? NaChoreoMo? Or do you think choreographing something is too easy to get done in one month?
