in 1964 i was in grad school reading Rahner

we are forever living in the reality of eternity
a redeemed people filled with the life of the Spirit
a happy Christmas thought

I'm trying to remember the exact quote. It purported to illustrate the difference between "a long time" and "eternity".

Movement is time. Stillness is eternity.
