I think, talking about it here with friends or with the therapist is a good start. It makes it a real thing to do, if you get what I mean.
I also think that it can be hard if there is "no point" to getting up. So plan whatever has half a chance of working for you, cos once you're up these things are easier. Plan stuff with friends in the morning, plan to do something different, like a day out or a walk, buy some new exciting coffee to get up for, treats, whatever, it doesnt matter what it is, try to make mornings feel a tiny bit like christmas, when I get up, I can do that thing. Sometimes it might work, sometimes it wont, but celebrate the times it works and never mind the bad days.
I also think your doc needs to review whatever meds you are on. Because it sounds like they arn't working ;)
