When I saw that you had posted two chapters at one--including the ending--I was torn. Of course I wanted to gulp your story down! But at the same time, there was the knowledge that this was it. No more chapters. But when I read chapter 9 and how heartrending it was, I was grateful that I could immediately move to the healing.

I love how you left it ambiguious as to the connection between Abel/Pearl and House/Cameron. And I love how different this fic is, while keeping it true to House and Cameron.

I'm going to reread it all over again from the beginning with a hot cup of tea. ♥

I just realized that I'd commented on Chapter 9 but not on Chapter 10.

I loved this story, and the ending was perfect. It seemed so right. Whatever House and Cameron's connection to Abel and Pearl, I think having this experience together and reading the journal only fueled what was meant to be,

So good! This was so very interesting and I didn't know where it was going to end up. Ideas do have a way to come and sneak up on you making you rearrange your whole concept.

I think I like thinking they're reincarnations and maybe the house was just filled with impressions or imprints or whatever the hell people call those memories.

I kind of like the reincarnation idea too, and I'm toying with it for another fic. This one had me leaning toward House or Cameron being descended from Pearl and Abel. The story definitely had a mind of its own.
