Well, things are definitely looking up as far as the new home is concerned. The only thing is is that we have had homeowners' insurance on the house for a couple of weeks now and are wanting to try and move in early, but the sellers say no because they don't want to be held liable. How the devil can they be held liable when we have our own

I totally understand about problems buying a house, been there myself. I gave on ever thinking about house ownership. It is not worth all that BS one has to go through.
