So, can you name some songs that have the word "walk" in the title or prominently in the lyrics? (And I'll mail an open can of sardines to the first smartass who says "yes, I can" or anything similar without actually identifying the song.)

There's Pantera's "Walk," obviously. I can probably come up with a few more if I think about it, just too tired right now.

Does "Walking in the Air" by Nightwish count as metal?

"Fire Walk With Me" by Brainstorm is an awesome song.

"I Walk Alone" by Iced Earth.

"You Walk Away" by Blutengel isn't really metal, but it's a good song by a band I love.

"Walking on Glass" by PAIN.

"I Walk Forever" by Tarot.

Speaking of songs called "I Walk Alone," I suppose you could also include Tarja's song of that name? It's kinda-sorta a rock song by an artist famous for singing in a metal band. Ha.
