Mike and I recently joined the YMCA, and I started off by going to classes almost every day - Power Hour, Body Sculpt, Step Aerobics, etc. I even took a kickboxing class that I had to stop halfway through for fear of fainting. More recently, I've taken to the treadmill - walking, running, walking, running.
