Fios has the fastest internet I have ever used...but the cable audio cuts out randomly and it is usually while watching a movie on demand, or during the Office/House/etc.  I think I'm going to call them tomorrow and ask them what is up, because it has done it since we switched over to them a couple months ago.  I work second shift (3pm-11pm) on

Dude, the sound just cut out on my cable. But then it came back.

But I don't have Fios. I have Comcast. So, who knows...
