poison ivy...in February?

I just looked at my left elbow and there are 5 little bumps, that look like poison ivy.  Hmmm.  That's cool, especially because I haven't been in the woods since I stepped on that dead rabbit last semester over near Delaware Park.  It's not itching or irritated, but I am confused as to why I have a random rash or whatever it is.  I'm very tired...8
