I love this a lot, and I love that you know I'd love it. Your shading and use of colour always makes me happy, and I love how very focused Mai's mom looks.

Aah, I adore this! The colors are simply beautiful, and the expressions amazing. Haha, I love the secretly amused look on Mai's face - amused, but in a kind way. It's such a sweet scene.

And Mai's mother is a very pretty lady, too. Beauty obviously runs in the family, so good on Mai's possible future kids!
