Oh, since you like Erik, I have got to translate parts of a story about football and media that Mats Olsson wrote in Expressen today. He quoted Erik who laid down the law to the press at the WC this summer:
"I just think it's so ridiculous, even diskussing bullshit like this anymore. You just write a bunch of crap about what everyone does off the pitch, who's got which girl and who bought what car. I vist a school these days and first question I'll get from some seven-eight years old brat is "What car do you drive and how much money have you got?"
That's what it's like. Everyone cares about any kind of crap besides football. They are gossip magazines, Expressen and Aftonbladet (Swedish daily papers). I'd rather read the finance sections ( ... )

I so totally agree with Erik. The football has been lost somewhere between the money and the gossips, which is pity. Even Aftonbladet focuses more on Zlatan's girlfriend than to his performance on the pitch, for example!
