"You'd think they'd have locked the door or made it a little harder to turn the stupid container off, would you?" John rubbed his head. "I mean, seriously, a warning sign would have been nice. And maybe a gene-lock like everything else."

"Yeah, but they've got the gate shield and the sensors and the gene thing, so it's not like they're complete idiots, right?" John paused to take his shirt off, then thoughtfully said, "Maybe whoever was running that project was just spending a little too much time in that lounge down the hall."
